These cheese and potato bhajis are a popular snack in north-west India. They are very easy to make and hard to get wrong! Best served with chilli sauce, chutney, curd or yoghurt.

Despite not having a heavy weekend to recover from, I feel equally numb. So the question is - why take it easy if Monday is always as tough?

Hungry. Thinking of having a kind of Yaki Udon for lunch - fry up some big fat udon noodles in thick soy (and I add chilli ;)

Eating seaweed soup with steamed dumplings, then off to watch Mesrine at the Dukes.

I don't even like Crunchies, but have just eaten one - the only instant-food I could find in the house, after failing to locate the Bourbons

A day of fiddling with data - shuffling excel to sql - pressed ctrl-v a thousand times already... :(

The iTunes shuffle feature is not random. Either that or my computer just wants me to listen to the same bloody dozen songs forever.

I sued to do all my best, cleverest work in the mornings... Something seems to have changed...
