Somehow altered the time when setting the alarm last night. Up for 20 mins before I noticed. 6.30 am is not funny. At all.

Lunch: cream cheese, fake Bacon, grilled haloumi, watercress and habanero chilli sauce sandwich.

Interesting, if disturbing dream: cat amputations, cockroach filled boots, riding mopeds in Tokyo... Clotted cream before bed = win win.
